Acceptance and electronic records

By submitting a booking request, accepting a service agreement, or continuing to Stripe checkout, you agree to use electronic records for this transaction. The website may store your name, email, selected service, accepted contract version, contract hash, timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, and booking or payment reference.

Use of the website

This website helps customers review services, submit requests, book consultations, make payments, create accounts, leave reviews, send private feedback, and contact Fly Ink Mack Consulting.

Service relationship

Fly Ink Mack Consulting may provide consultation, setup help, troubleshooting, recommendations, support plans, or project planning. Staff, contractors, or workers may help fulfill approved services while following the accepted scope and privacy expectations.

No guaranteed results

Consulting can provide guidance, setup help, troubleshooting, recommendations, and strategy, but it does not guarantee revenue, rankings, approvals, platform access, ad results, account outcomes, or technical results controlled by third parties.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, confirm they are authorized to request work on any account or system, maintain access to their own accounts, follow third-party platform rules, and review payment, booking, refund, and service-scope terms before purchasing.

Worker and client protection

Customers may not request unlawful access, security bypasses, platform-rule violations, harassment, abusive communication, illegal content work, or unsafe work conditions. Fly Ink Mack Consulting may pause, refuse, or end unsafe, unauthorized, abusive, illegal, or out-of-scope work.

Third-party platforms

Stripe, Google, Twitch, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Hostinger, Titan Mail, and other providers may change rules, fees, access, approval standards, or features. Fly Ink Mack Consulting is not responsible for third-party decisions.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Texas law, with venue in Dallas County, Texas unless a written agreement states otherwise.
