Refund Policy

Paid services reserve time, preparation, worker availability, and access. This policy explains how refund and rescheduling requests are handled.

Paid consultations

Paid consultations may be non-refundable once time is reserved, preparation starts, the session begins, digital materials are delivered, or account access is provided.

Support plans

Monthly support plans may be cancelled for future billing through the approved billing process. Past billing periods, completed support, reserved time, and work already started may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Reasonable rescheduling requests may be handled case-by-case. Missed appointments, no-shows, late cancellations, and repeated rescheduling may be non-refundable.

Project work

Full buildouts, custom systems, emergency help, and ongoing services may require separate invoices, deposits, written scopes, or agreements. Refund eligibility depends on the accepted scope and work already performed.

Third-party fees

Payment processor fees, platform fees, software charges, hosting, domains, hardware, and other third-party charges may not be refundable.
